5-DAY WORK WEEK WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IN JULY 2018

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient check-in and check-out of hotel guests
  • Provide information to guest inquiry
  • Handle the incoming calls with courteous and efficiency 

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
