Guest Services Officer or Front Services Representative

Hong Kong Parkview

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the efficient rooming of all Suite guest and Parkview Tour.
  • To prepare and maintain records pertinent to the guests staying in the serviced apartment and ensure that all guests receive prompt, efficient and friendly service.
  • To be responsible in handling guest special services, acts as an information centre, resolves guest problems whenever possible. Coordinate with other departments as required.
  • To provide a full range of personalized front desk services including check-in, check-out, answering inquires, promoting in-house events, baggage and mail delivery to guests.
  • To professionally handle confidential information including guests’ records with a high degree of integrity.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • A minimum of two-year experience in Front Desk operation.
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and any other language would be an asset
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Customer focused with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality
  • Knowledge of Property Management System – Opera
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Front Services Representative.
