Responsible for the efficient rooming of all Suite guest and Parkview Tour.
To prepare and maintain records pertinent to the guests staying in the serviced apartment and ensure that all guests receive prompt, efficient and friendly service.
To be responsible in handling guest special services, acts as an information centre, resolves guest problems whenever possible. Coordinate with other departments as required.
To provide a full range of personalized front desk services including check-in, check-out, answering inquires, promoting in-house events, baggage and mail delivery to guests.
To professionally handle confidential information including guests’ records with a high degree of integrity.
Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
A minimum of two-year experience in Front Desk operation.
Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and any other language would be an asset
Neat and well-groomed appearance
Customer focused with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality
Knowledge of Property Management System – Opera
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Front Services Representative.
