Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guest, respond to guest enquiry,

Responsible and familiar with front desk duties including reservations, registration, cashiering, handling customer enquiries and complaints and records keeping.

To provide one- stop comprehensive and high quality guest services for services for residents/ visitors.

 

Requirements:

F.5 or above.

Mature, polite, well- organized, self – motivated, initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure.

Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skill.

PC knowledge preferable.

Shift duty including overnight is required.

Salary $16,000.00 or above

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Service Officer

Working location: Sheung Wan/ Tsim Sha Tsui
