Guest Services Officer / Senior Guest Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To provide check-in and check-out services in an effective and efficient manner;
  • To provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries;
  • To achieve high level of guest satisfactions in a courteous and friendly manner;
  • To ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Candidate with more experience, will consider as Senior Guest Service Officer

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above, diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines ;
  • Relevant experience in hotel front desk /customer relationship;
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Presentable, service oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
  • Responsible, self-motivated and team player;
  • Independent and able to work shift duty including overnight;
  • Good command of spoken English , Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Good PC Knowledge is MS Word and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Familiar with Opera PMS will be an advantage
