Job Description

Responsible for all daily front office activities.

Major Responsibility

  • Daily check in, check-out, reservation and reception work.
  • Ensure accurate handling of billing and administrative work, including the review and report archiving.
  • Proper and timely handing of customer requirements, inquiries and complaints.
  • Liaise with the department team to achieve daily tasks.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Candidate with more experience/ qualification, will consider as Supervisor or a higher position


  • A minimum of 1 year’ relevant experience in hotel / serviced apartment is desirable; fresh graduate also will be considered
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Presentable, Responsible, service oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
  • Good Computer skills particularly in MS Office & Chinese Word-processing
  • Able to work on shift duty
