Guest Services Officer

- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or related discipline is preferred

- Experience in hotel or service industry will be an advantage

- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Service-oriented, pleasant personality with good communication skills

- Responsible for guests' check-in and check-out

- Handle incoming phone calls and guests' enquiries

- Provide administrative support in preparing reports and records keeping
