Guest Services Officer


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guests are greeted cheerfully and seated in timely manner.
  • Provide one-stop comprehensive and quality services to members and guests in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for services reservation and facilities booking arrangement.
  • Ensure all interactions and enquiries are handled.
  • Build up rapport with members and potential clients.
  • Establishes and maintains a record system of banquet events and members patronizing club’s facilities.
  • Record all member history, update the data for seasonal promotions, preference record, lost and found issue.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by Guest Services Manager or designated person.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Hotel Management;
  • Internship or part-time experience gained from club or hotel will be an added advantage;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Presentable, services oriented, outgoing, independent and able to perform multi-tasks.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
