(6 Days Off, Public Holidays, Meal Allowance)

Your Role
- Carry out all check-in and check-out services in a professional manner;
- Contribute effort to form team work to ensure highest services standards are being maintained;
- Provide professional services and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints;
- Achieve the high level of guest satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
- Overnight shift duty is required.
Your Profile
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
- 2 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry in a similar capacity is preferred;
- Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Multi-tasking and work as a team player;
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered for the role of Guest Services Officer.
