  • Responsible for providing professional and high-quality customer services to the guests
  • Handling guest requests, enquiries and complaints
  • Shift duty is required.


  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related discipline
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Service-oriented, pleasant personality, good communications and interpersonal skills
