Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform and supervise Front Office Operations
  • To provide guest services for customers including check-in and check-out services

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
  • Minimum 3-4 years working experience in hotel front office
  • Good command of both spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
