Hardware Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can support the company’s various on-site project implementations. The Hardware Engineer is responsible for the installation of new hardware devices such as PCs, displays and other peripherals, as well as maintenance and technical support of previously-deployed hardware. Primary duties also include the configuring and setting up of industrial PCs, desktops, and servers. Good problem-solving skills and familiarity with network connectivity are required. Candidates able to demonstrate leadership abilities and possess sufficient industry experience will be considered for the Senior Hardware Engineer role.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first level support for hardware devices and network connectivity
  • Coordinate second level support, including communication with vendors where necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule work with subcontractors where necessary
  • Install and configure operating system, application software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, both onsite and offsite
  • Register and follow up on incident reports until they are closed
  • Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their inquiries
  • Knowledge in networking fundamentals required; advanced knowledge highly desired



  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • At least one year of experience in field support with emphasis on hardware
  • Service-oriented, hard-working, able to work independently and under tight schedules
  • Good analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Willing to work at client site during off hours
