Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of food production and daily kitchen activities (Cantonese Cuisine )
  • Maintain and constantly review high standard of food quality and hygiene according to Company standard
  • Work closely with Operations Manager/ Restaurant Manager for dishes development and menu planning
  • Develop new menu for regular and seasonal promotion
  • Coaching team members for continuous product enhancement
  • Achieve budgeted revenue, monitor and control food, beverage and labour cost

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry, of which at least 5 years in senior management position in Chinese or Cantionese Cuisine;
  • Experience in new restaurant pre-opening and Chinese Restaurant operation is preferable;
  • Ability to provide strong leadership;
  • Proven records of capability in providing operational and strategic management skills including cost control, new shops pre-opening, menu setup;
  • Creative and be able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills;
  • Good communications and interpersonal skill with good command of spoken Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Stationed in Taiwan and willing to travel.
