Head Chef / Chef


Job descriptions:

  • Supervise kitchen operation and monitor food quality
  • Preparing and producing all food items and ensure that food and plating to meet quality standards consistently
  • Ensure work safety and food hygiene standards
  • Control food cost and minimize food wastage
  • Carry out any other duties as required by Executive / Head Chef when needed


  • Working experience in western kitchen
  • Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
  • Able to work in a busy kitchen efficiently
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English
