The two culinary giants, Epicurean Group, one of Hong Kong’s leading hospitality groups, will join hands with Yannick Alléno Group from France to bring the popular French Bistro “Terroir Parisien" to Asia for the first time this May. Its culinary concept is quite straightforward: fabulous products; original recipes from the Paris region; a simple, attractive menu, seasonal dishes and a daily board offering the freshest produces from the market. Therefore, we are looking for F&B talents to join us.
The incumbent will directly report to Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef, he / she will be responsible for the food production, preparation & presentation of all food items, staff management and coaching in order to ensure the highest quality of food as well as reaching a compliance of food hygiene and safety according to the statutory regulations.
