Job Description



  • Responsible for kitchens daily preparation and production
  • 負責籌備、整理日常廚房食材及出品製作
  • Ensure the food quality, food safety and hygiene standard to be in line with company’s requirements
  • 確保食物品質、安全及衛生達公司要求
  • Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage
  • 協助維持膳食材料的庫存管理工作



  • Experience in food and beverage is required with restaurant operations and customer services in a canteen / fast food / hospitality environment
  • 具飯堂 / 快餐 / 優質餐飲服務等之管理及運作經驗
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and inter-personal skills both in English and Chinese
  • 具良好中英文溝通能力及人際關係,並以客為先

Working location: HK / Kln / NT
