Head Chef / Sous Chef / Chef / Junior Chef

  • Preparing and producing all food items and general kitchen operations
  • Ensure food production, quality and consistency are in accordance with recipes and standards
  • Work independently in hot / cold kitchen
  • To ensure the kitchen runs smoothly at all times



  • Working experience in western kitchen
  • Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
  • Self-motivation, punctual with good team spirits and ability to learn
  • Good communication skill and be able to communicate effectively with team members
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Basic English communication required
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
