  • Be in charge of leading the culinary departments to ensure operational efficiency, driving quality standards, whilst ensuring a high level of staff engagement
  • Ensures that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for  all food and beverage outlets
  • Design and implement menus across all outlets
  • Ensure all cost associated with Kitchen operations remain within budget
  • Work closely with receiving and storeroom to ensure received goods meet Hotel's quality standards specifications


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record in running a buffet restaurant
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Southeast Asian cuisine is an advantage
  • Holder of Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Managers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels
  • Detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead change
  • Motivator, self-starter and a team-builder
