Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation
  • Manage the food costs, forecasts and budget to reduce the food wastage
  • In-charge of menu development and tasting for top management review
  • Manage the suppliers, ensure compliance with the best quality of food
  • Manage day-to-day operations in the kitchen
  • Ensure the hygiene standard of the kitchen

Requirements

  • At least 8 years’ experience in culinary industry, experience in hotel industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
