Responsibilities

  • Oversee, direct and coordinate the planning and training for all beverage-related aspects in Prince Hotel
  • Proven ability to build partnership and coaching relationships with the team, guests and suppliers 
  • Responsible for keeping the bar well stocked and fully supplied, follow up the inventory in order to replace items as needed
  • Develop and create a quality and innovative beverage menu in order to attract the potential market
  • Commitment to the continuous development of team members

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader in a large, high-end and high-volume bars, ideally in a large international F&B hub
  • Good understanding of cost control, high standard in hygiene and quality 
  • Solid experience in creative mixology as well as in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, candidates with WSET qualification will be a definite advantage 
  • Previous experience in opening of new restaurant will be a PLUS
  • Well verse in written and spoken English and Chinese
