  • Lead Branch Management Department to supervise all branch operation and sales staff to ensure all operational and selling procedures are executed in compliance with the Bank standard and the regulatory requirements
  • Manage different functions including but not limit to AML control, sales governance & compliance, branch operations management etc in supporting daily operation of local branch network
  • Optimize workflow of the supervised business routine so as to enhance operation efficiency and cost effectiveness through workflow streamlining and system enhancement
  • Collaborate with relevant parties, manage end-to-end processing procedures and closely work with various internal and external parties
  • Build service culture through local branch network
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and take actions for timely compliance
  • Monitor, share and coach by regular meeting to enhance frontline sales & operation awareness
  • Provide adequate support to branches and assist in ad hoc assignments as required


  • University graduate in related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years’ branch operations management experience, of which at least 6 years at managerial level
  • Conversant with market relevant information and rules/regulations governing the retail banking operations and practices
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
