Head of Business Planning, Corporate Real Estate (Ref: HBP/JH)

Our client is one of the top banking groups.  Due to business growth, they are looking for a high calibre Head of Business Planning, Corporate Real Estate in Hong Kong.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • responsible for the business planning and support, governance controls , and risk management for the Bank’s corporate real estate functions
  • manage the budget process, cost control, reporting, business case preparation, headcount plan, implementation of operating model
  • oversee the CRE Risk and Compliance frameworks
  • support people issues, staff engagement, development and retention plans
  • Ensure quality processes, audit processes and review workflows
  • Develop and maintain a strong and professional working relationship with senior executives within the bank
  • Work closely with the wider CRE workstreams on governance, planning, risk management, finance and quality assurance to provide professional advice and ensure adequate and streamlined local processes and procedures are in place

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant business planning and governance experience in corporate real estate roles for sizable organizations
  • Strong expertise in driving business result, budgetary management, cost reduction and financial planning
  • Proven track record in optimizing quality and activity control processes and management review across multiple functions
  • Strategic advisor with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and people skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese
