We Offer
Head of Client Onboarding Hong Kong is required to:
1. Manage and lead PB Client Onboarding middle office teams that supports the relationship onboarding process, particularly Advisory and Data Management & Controls.
2. Act as a point of contact for day to day escalations from Front Office & partners.
3. Deliver change-the-bank projects in view of Private Bank's strategic objectives and vision, lead people through change
4. Drive and deliver continuous process improvements, in view of the changing operating and regulatory environment.
5. Represent PB Client Onboarding in regulatory & audit initiatives.

You Offer
  • You possess at least 15 years of experience in Banking & Finance, preferably in client onboarding, client data management and client due diligence areas in a Private Bank.
  • You should have at least 10 years working experience in people management and have an excellent track record in leading large teams or multiple sub teams successfully.
  • Experience in Client Identification (CID), Know-Your-Customer (KYC) or Anti Money Laundering (AML) functions will be advantageous.
  • You should be a team-player, committed to service delivery excellence and always having the bank and clients' best interests in mind.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, possess strong stakeholder management capability and is an effective solutions provider.
  • You should have excellent attention to detail and controls, and can grasp new ideas and concepts quickly.
  • You must possess a strong pro-change mindset, have an excellent track record in leading people through strategic change successfully, and have the ability to work under pressure.
  • University graduate with business or finance degree is preferred.
  • You should be competent in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
