Description

  • Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this individual will be the head of C&B and lead the team to drive various rewards projects and program review
  • Manage the annual salary review & bonus recommendation process
  • Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluation, job grading structure exercise and promotion/transfer proposal
  • Supervise the staff cost budget and forecasting
  • Review staff benefits offerings, benchmark internal benefits package and support the annual insurance renewal process
  • Lead a number of C&B projects to retain and attract top talents, as well as to find the right opportunities for better manpower planning and cost saving purposes.

Profile

  • Bachelor degree qualified in HR Management
  • Minimum of 12-15 years specializing in Compensation & Benefits from sizable organizations in financial services industry
  • Capable in overseeing the C&B operations, but also have the experience taking lead in the design, development and rolling out of C&B projects
  • C&B project experience is highly essential, and we welcome candidates from both in-house and consultancy background
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is crucial
