Develop/Revisit a set of training programs for Retail Banking Group on new hires especially on selling skills, operations and technical know-how
Take prompt action in response to change/updates of competency requirement of retail banking practitioners from regulators and compliance
Keep abreast of recent market development and industry practices in order to formulate and implement appreciate training curriculum/programme to RBG associates
Develop/build competency model by business families according to defined core, technical skills and competencies
Minimum 10 years experience in retail banking field with supervisory experience in learning & development or frontlines and operation
Ability to work independently and analyze situations with prioritize
Attention to details with strong organizational and time management
Able to communicate effectively with influencing
Strong compliance mindset
Good knowledge of PC application software including Excel & PowerPoint
