Responsibilities

  • Acting as the Head of Compliance:
  • Lead Compliance Department on KYC/AML/Sanctions compliance matters:
  • Responsible for the implementation of AML/CFT monitoring initiatives and policies:
  • Compile AML/CTF policies and procedures; conduct KYC and sources of funds check; and investigate suspicious transactions monitoring and reporting; Performed risk assessment and conducted background check on key individuals to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client regulations;
  • Responsible for KYC and anti-money laundering, including the daily operation of anti-money laundering system, screening, identification and designate as MLRO for reporting of suspicious transactions;
  • Provide compliance guidance and advise management and front line staff on regulatory or reputation risk in respect of new engagements/clients;
  • Arrange compliance training to employees.
     

Requirements

  • 10+years of working experience related to compliance industry
  • Degree or above in Law/Finance/Accounting or related disciplines
  • Working experience in Private Banks is highly desired.
  • Well-proven managerial skills;
  • Strong language abilities in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
