Head of Digital Marketing (Insurance)

Our client is looking for a digital marketing leader with strong marketing strategy to drive the business.

Responsibility

  • To drive online marketing strategy through online platforms, online partnership and digital channels in achieving business goals
  • To lead and design strategic planning, to execute marketing plan to boost up performance and market exposure.
  • To execute marketing planning with the support of data and market research about the insurance market.
  • To convert potential customers from online media, social content, CRM into targeted business segment.
  • To conduct and analyse statistical data and formulate tactical strategies in achievement business goals.
  • To work closely with product team, IT team and business team, to lead marketing related projects for online channel distribution.
  • To be responsible for marketing budget planning, execution and control of resources.
  • To advocate the awareness of user experience and customer journey, especially on mobile channel.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related discipline.
  • 10 years of marketing and project management experience, with experience gained from start-up, digital or online business is a plus.
  • With strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, strong awareness in converting target audience into potential business
  • Experience in developing creative fact-based growth strategy
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
