Our client is a prestigious hospitality group based in Europe. They provides a unique, deluxe and fun experience to families and their young members. With recent expansion in Hong Kong, they look for a high caliber to head the F&B department.

Responsibilities:

  • As a department head to oversee responsibility in F&B department. Translate the concept of the Club into a successful operating unit.
  • Drive sales and deliver business targets by strategic planing in developing business and the staff to consistently deliver highest standard of service.
  • Ensure target profit is achieved through proper staff training, internal communications, cost control and new development.
  • Determine staffing level and manpower planning. Recruit and train new staff.
  • Supervise Head Chef and F&B Managers on daily operations.
  • Deliver excellent food quality and service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in hospitality industry preferably with good understanding of deluxe product and services.
  • Strong in leadership and management skills. Capable to contribute and grow with the company. Experience in new restaurant setup is an advantage.
  • Able to think out-of-the box, develop creative and exciting ideas to attract customers.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
