Head of HR & Administration

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the HR and Administration team
• Oversee full spectrum of HR function, including but not limited to manpower planning and budgeting, talent acquisition, compensations and benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee relations
• Work closely with management teams and communicate with different internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of improvement
• Review and ensure HR policies and procedures are in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with labour regulations
• Handle talent acquisition and employee orientation, coordinate recruitment procedures, provide suggestions on selection and placement of candidates
• Responsible for the communication of corporate information and policies to all levels of employees across the organization
• Planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
• Provide HR reporting support including research, analysis of business requests, problem solving, issue tracking, and resolution
• Supervise Administration function towards a customer-oriented and value-added approach
• Other duties as per assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in Human Resources, with 3 years at the managerial level gained preferably in financial industry
• Well versed in  Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation, familiarity with HR practices and legislation in the financial industry is a definite advantage
• Strong communication and people management skills to provide HR advice to business leaders with proven conflict management skillsets
• Experience in working in multi-cultural teams is a plus
• Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good computer skills in MS Office
