Head of HR - C&B Focus (80k p/m)

Our client is a one of the most renowned Mixed Industry Groups in HK, with business in retail, hospitality, aviation and many others. They are currently looking for Head of HR - C&B to join their highly professional HR team.

You will be working in a structuralised HR team and directly report to HR GM. Your overall objective as their Head of HR will be Plan, direct, organize and implement the deliverable of full spectrum of C&B function. Take charge of 2 HR sub-team, Compensation and Benefit team and Rewards Operation team. Work closely with internal multi-brand stakeholders at leadership level to provide C&B services and advice to support business strategic plans.You will be responsible for providing best-in-class services and processes while working in a multi-cultural framework and adapting to business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct and manage the reward strategy and policies to meet the future development directions and needs of the business
  • Manage the annual compensation and performance review exercise for different categories of staff
  • Develop and maintain complete and updated sets of standard operating procedures for C&B and RO functions & processes to ensure continuity of consistent and quality services in staff movements
  • Review the employees benefits and lead the annual renewal process

 Requirements:

  • Strong C&B background, with at least 12 years’ of solid HR working experience including working in multinational retail companies
  • Degree holder in  Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin preferable
  • Pro-active, resourceful and dynamic
