Reporting to the CEO, you will spearhead the sizable HR function and provide strategic guidance at the group level. As an integral part of the Leadership team, you will continuously develop the high performing culture of the department, whilst ensuring compliance standards are being observed throughout the Group. This role will see you devising and driving the Global Human Resources strategy, establishing an ever more efficient and effective structure, and delivering HR initiatives with tangible impact. Working closely with the C-suite level and business leaders, you will be a key part in drafting and executing the company's growth plans, engaging internal and external stakeholders, with aim of continuously building and solidifying the company's platform for long term development.
