Head of Human Resources | Leading Retail

The Head of Human Resources will lead a large HR business partner team and shared service team to provide full spectrum HR functions to support the company growth.

About the role

  • Lead the entire HR team to build tools and HR solutions across the teams
  • Coach HR team on providing full spectrum service including business partnering, employee relations, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, CSR and so on
  • Report to CEO and act as internal HR consultant to develop and implement strategic HR programs
  • Identify and diagnose talent and organisational issues, and partner with business leaders to implement solutions
  • Serve as advisor and coach to business leaders and managers to ensure their career development is engaged

About the person

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Human Resources Management or other related field preferred
  • A minimum of 15 years of prior Human Resources Generalist and Leadership experience
  • With experience in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong leadership
  • Well command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
