Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for planning and driving execution of full HR functions including organization development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefit, staff retention, performance management, training and employee relations
  • Develop effective workforce plan and recruiting strategy to cope with Cyberport’s expansion plan. Build employer brand and implement hiring metrics and processes to enhance overall effectiveness of talent acquisition
  • Effectively allocate resources across the organization and make tough choices to maximize ROI and meet increasing demands within limited funding and resource
  • Lead HR and administration function to deliver high quality service. Develop value-added HR services and innovative business solutions, manage execution and measure results to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • Serve as an employee champion and enabler of culture transformation to drive changes for better result. Facilitate communication channels to foster positive culture and environment to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Build talent capabilities through comprehensive talent development program to accelerate people development for Cyberport
  • Act as a Secretariat for Remuneration Committee and work closely with ITB on key HR issues
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, local workforce laws and regulations


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 15+ years of HR generalist experience in large local/multinational companies with proven track record of driving change and delivering high quality results
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving HR initiative and managing programs in a complex and matrix business environment
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR programmatic outcomes
  • Strong people acumen, excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Proactive, people-oriented and passionate in talent development
  • Able to manage multi-tasks and work under tight time frame
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

The position is on a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs).
