  • Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of end to end HR duties
  • Perform full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefit, KPI, & all related Human Resources duties
  • Review, formulate and implement compensation and benefits strategies, policies and procedures to meet the Company’s business objectives and labor ordinance
  • Perform compensation and benefits study such as job mapping evaluation, salary review, staff cost budget, annual pay review, performance bonus and sales incentive programs and etc
  • Advise and enforce internal HR policies and procedures
  • Propose & drive strategies for talent management and cultural enhancement, including talent requisition, talent training & development, talent retention, etc
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
  • Work closely with the business to understand and support their expansion within the Region
  • Handle HR admin- monthly payroll, maintain staff record and HR filing system


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 15 years solid experience in human resources & office administration in dealing with medium number of employees (500 to 1,000) – preferably in the retail / manufacturing industry with references, five of which must be at managerial level
  • Well conversant with PRC & HK Employment Ordinances, Tax regulations & other HR-related legislations
  • Proactive, hands-on & fast-paced with strong analytical, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Presentable, self-motivated with confidence and maturity
  • Strong business acumen with good analytical thinking
  • With solid experience in handling office admin and HR duties
