Reporting to the regional head of HR, you will be leading the human resources function across all business lines by providing HR budgeting, planning, talent requisition and selection, staff relations, employee retention, performance reward management, etc. You will develop and implement HR initiatives to support the senior management and ensure the internal execution and communication of various HR programs are in line with HR best practice.
