Our client is An International Retail Group in Hong Kong


  • Report directly to the MD of the company and oversee the entire HK HR functions
  • Formulate HR strategy and ensure HR department a real business enabler
  • Develop, manage, implement and administer human resources programs and guidelines which includes the areas of selection & recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training & development and employees relationships
  • Adopt a leading role in HRIS enhancement and strive for continuous improvement
  • Active engagement in manpower planning, succession planning, recruitment and retention
  • Lead team members to provide comprehensive and professional HR services in order to ensure the effective and efficiency workflow
  • Support the development of staff by designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training interventions
  • Ensure the policies & procedures are adequately in compliance with the regulatory environment


  • Degree holder in human resources or related disciplines
  • At least 15 years human resources working experience, and 10 of which in management level in sizable organizations
  • Retail experience is highly preferred
  • Well-organized, ability to prioritize, maintain focus and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, mature with pleasant personality
  • Proactive, resourceful, organized and highly motivated; able to work independently and under high pressure
  • Team player with positive attitude and unquestionable integrity
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
