Reports directly to CEO & COO in HK (Headquarter), you will be acting as business partner and responsible for all-around group HR functions such as HRIS setup, compensation & benefit, performance appraisal, recruitment, employee training, new hire on-boarding etc. You will consolidate all relevant HR projects in mainland China and Singapore to be in line with business in Hong Kong.
To qualify, you must have at least 10 years of HR management experience preferably from sizable Financial Institutions such as asset management firms, banks, securities houses, insurance companies etc. Strong experience with HK and mainland HR manpower planning management will be highly valued. Your experience with group M&A will be a plus. You should be a self-starter who’s strong in multitasking, detail-oriented, has great communication and solid organizational skills, and you must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
