The Responsibilities:

  • Engage private and public sectors, communities and industry stakeholders of IOT and Healthcare sectors to encourage and enable the adoption of the company’s solutions & services
  • Identify the needs and gaps that company’s solutions & services can be adopted, formulate industry engagement strategy and marketing plan to drive adoption
  • Grow member base and meet business targets through a combination of industry programs, key account engagement and a business development approach
  • Act as the program lead for IoT and Healthcare solutions and initiatives to effectively plan and execute go-to-market strategies and programs to meet business objectives
  • Effectively plan, manage and execute the ICT/IoT-related Awards programs to reinforce thought leadership in the IoT sector
  • Ensure the effective planning, promotion and execution of IoT & Healthcare events to enhance thought leadership, brand awareness, partner engagement and lead generation
  • Drive traffic of target customers and partners to the company’s showroom to reinforce market positioning and lead generation
  • Develop, plan and execute programs to drive vendor partnership and expand vendor network
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collaterals, including Industry Guidelines, Case Studies, Best Practices, Whitepapers, Brochures and any other required materials
  • Support and execute special events and projects with external departments and third parties as assigned in a timely manner, including marketing program events and brand launch events
  • Build and leverage strategic partnerships to create market awareness and grow business

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in industry development, partnerships and marketing
  • Experience in IT industry is required, previous work in healthcare, retail or food industry is an advantage
  • A demonstrated track record or success in partnership strategy and industry collaboration
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, full of drive and able to work under pressure with professionalism and resourcefulness
  • Strong project management skills and multi-task capability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to formulate proposals and confidently represent the brand to external partners
