Head of Investigation / Senior Investigation Manager (Anti-Bribery)

Responsibilities:  

  • Leading, supervising and conducting investigations into issues of significant risk for the business operations
  • Supporting and managing the Group anti-bribery programme and Group fraud blueprint compliance programme within business, leading and supervising all anti-bribery investigations and fraud risk register.
  • Providing detailed analysis of control failings identified during investigation, and provide recommendation & tracking change plans.
  • Working pro-actively to identify areas of criminal risk within the company and providing control options.
  • Supporting the business to effectively respond to wrong doing within the supplier base to protect the reputation of the organisation.
  • Taking ownership of joint and specific Group Security projects on behalf of the Group Security Director
  • Working with Group Security's subject matter expert to:
    • ensure the colleagues are given with 2nd line of security support, advice and training to commensurate the risks associated with their operating environment.
    • ensure the colleagues & suppliers have access to an effective Protector Line programme
    • enable business to be able to manage incidents & crisis effectively. 
  • Working in partnership with external stakeholders, including law enforcement to protect organisational reputation
  • Providing colleague training and development on company’s security blueprint.
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

  

Requirements:  

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operating within a professional investigative environment.
  • Leadership of complex investigations
  • Experience of working in different legal, statutory and regulatory environments.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Fraud & Anti-bribery policy and investigation strategy
  • Leading and managing change
