Our client is a European company now seeking for a highly professional caliber to lead the marketing team of around four staffs as below:  


  • Directly report to the Regional SVP and manage around total of four staffs within the marketing department
  • Develop, manage and monitor the brand and marketing communication plans for the region assigned.
  • Drive the business and brand objectives for the team. 
  • Develop winning co-branding solutions with identified brands or retail partners.
  • Develop effective regional and local marketing communication strategies and plans for the assigned region covering the key elements of the marketing campaign.
  • Lead the regional team to execute the above mentioned plans in order to achieve marketing and business objectives and consequently monitor and report on the progress.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the assigned region and monitor on progress and potential of new concepts and products coming from business development. 
  • Manage and drive the use of key marketing tools and assets in the region.
  • Organize and evaluate key marketing events, exhibitions, customer events and fairs in the assigned region.
  • Generate actionable insights into regional and local consumer and customer behavior through market and consumer research and liaison with customers, distributors and clients, within the existing key markets and new markets.
  • Build competitor intelligence, also develop a highly competitive portfolio and analysis of key competitor actions.
  • Identify and liaise with potential brand and retail partners in terms of co-branding arrangements. Set up agreement with legal constantly
  • Initiate and check regional feasibility of new brand concept


  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism or PR
  • Min. 8+ years’ experience in marketing communications or a similar field, in sizable company with solid experience in fashion / FMCG/ chemical industry is preferable;
  • Strong leadership and organization skills with a strategic mindset; 5+ years’ of management experience
  • Thorough understanding of strategic marketing and business planning process; additional understanding and knowledge on: event management, social media planning and relation management, advertising; 
  • Fluent in both written, spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Independent, motivated and highly organized with strong management skill, a good team-player is required
  • Travelling within Asia pacific regions is required.
