Job Summary:
A global top tier insurance company is looking for a high calibre professional to manage their office facilities and procurement function in the HK market.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and implementing procurement sourcing strategies across all procurement functions focusing on IT software and hardware, sales and agency incentives, external consultancy services, and office premises leasing.
Advising and recommending on sourcing solutions
Preparing and executing the tender processes
Drafting, negotiating and communicating contracts
Identifying and acting on cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis
Enforcing procurement policy, procedures and process to promote spending discipline and governance.
Establishing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) with suppliers; ensuring they are cost effective and meeting the business requirements
Establishing processes and measurements to effectively manage Outsourcing and Contractors / Consultants engagements
Establishing supplier qualification and assessment framework and metrics to effectively manage the supply risk
Qualifications & Experience:

5 years + experience of working in large corporations covering IT procurement and 3 years + team management experience
IT hardware and software sourcing experience
Relevant experience in office renovation an advantage
A strategic approach and strong relationship management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Bachelor's degree or above in Procurement or business related disciplines, MCIPS and/or ISM qualification an advantage
Good knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, processes and best practices
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint Microsoft Office, Knowledge on procurement systems (P2P e.g. Ariba/SAP/Oracle; e-sourcing/procurement; contract management, etc.) an advantage
Good command of oral and written English, Mandarin an advantage
Good business acumen, knowledge of financial institution operations an advantage
