Lead and motivate the credit card operations and settlement teams to meet the target of the business
Develop and review procedural manuals/guidelines for daily operations of the team
Perform workflow review and prepare proposal on the improvements of the daily work
Monitor and review the administration of the system parameter, development and enhancement of the projects or UAT for products/systems
Degree holder or above in banking or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in credit card and personal loan operations experience, with exposure in system development & project management would be an advantage
Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills, with solid knowledge of Card Operation and System e.g. Cardlink, Vision Plus
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
