  • Advanced University Degree in Business, Finance, Taxation

and/or legal field


  • At least 5 years of working experience in SENIOR management positions

in financial services industry (preferably with international exposure)

  • Successful staff management experience including performance

management & personal development

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of operational efficiency

issues & quality management and control matters

Job Duties:

  • The job entails managing all the operational aspects of a Branch

office together with the Branch Manager to make it customer

focused and performance driven

  • The role is supervisory in nature & oversee operations of team

members. Monitoring of all client accounting activities

  • To ensure that complementary activities for managing the smooth

functioning of the office together with the Branch Manager are

timely, accurate and effective

  • Some of the critical actions owned by the Director-Operations include
  • Ensure that the sale of entities is in line with the target set
