SWIFT is a member-owned cooperative that provides the communications platform, products and services to connect more than 10,800 banking organisations, securities institutions and corporate customers in over 200 countries and territories.
SWIFT enables its users to exchange automated, standardised financial information securely and reliably, thereby lowering costs, reducing operational risk and eliminating operational inefficiencies. SWIFT also brings the financial community together to work collaboratively to shape market practice, define standards and debate issues of mutual interest.

Within the Marketing division, the interface and integration department brings to the market Alliance Message Hub, Alliance Access and Alliance Integration portfolio. This group is responsible for the strategic & commercial marketing activities as well as the delivery on this growing portfolio.
Since 2008, SWIFT has grown fast in the business of integration by offering new capabilities to connect the user’s back-office and SWIFT. The product set supports communication in different message formats and can contact other systems for data validation and enrichment
The ambition is to leverage this integration platform to fast track the launch of new SWIFT Initiatives (such as gpi, Sanction Screening, Scope, ..) and support the API strategy with the new regulation like PSD2.
We are looking for a Head of Product Management for the Integration Portfolio based in Hong Kong or Singapore.°@
Acting as leader for Integration with Back office domain of expertise, you will have the responsibilities of the P&L with a focus on accelerating portfolio revenue growth and for enhancing product positioning and adoption. You will need to demonstrate an insightful understanding of emerging technologies and will define the future product roadmap of the portfolio. You must be equally adept and confident with defining high level strategic priorities, as well managing granular technical and operational details for product delivery and performance.
Your responsibilities will be to define the long term vision of this SWIFT Integration platform across the three overall portfolio. This strategy will be defined in collaboration with Sales, within Marketing, with IT and ultimately validated with the customers.
Your responsibilities will be as well to define and monitor the business case of the current portfolio and support sales achieving their target. You will play a major role in the commercialization process (e.g. Pricing, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, Communication, Pre-sales Technical Experts, etc.) Together with the individual product managers, you create a value proposition of the related product that can be transformed into sales collateral and which is communicated and put into an agreed go to market plan for the regions.
Finally, you will be leading and managing a team of product manager, providing strong subject matter expertise and coaching to support the team’s professional development and growth.
You will be part of a team who is responsible of having everything in place to ensure we deliver with excellence, quality and on schedule for the 3 product families: Alliance Access, Alliance Messaging Hub Alliance Integration Platform. Practically, what is needed?
