Supervise Quality Assurance and Quality Inspection section
Ensure complaint complaints and feedback are handled in compliance with regulatory requirements and complaints are properly followed in support of service improvement
Design and implement program to conduct inspection on key controls at branches with the view to detecting and rectifying any key control deficiencies in a timely manner
Keep track of audit and compliance review findings of branches and recommend ways to effectively address deficiencies
Handle and follow up on operational risk incidents related to branch operation and conduct investigation where appropriate
Take up the role of Divisional Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance at branches
University degree or equivalent
Min. 8 years’ relevant experience in banking industry and strong background in internal control, audit or risk management
Good PC skill
Self-motived and good communication and interpersonal skill
