Head of Retail Product (Up to $3mio per annum))

Responsibilities:

• Lead the department to formulate innovative business strategy to uplift the sales performance of retail products covering retail lending, credit card, mortgage business and etc
• Exploit strategic partnership opportunities and initiatives to promote banking products and services
• Define key performance indication and pricing strategies to maximize the profit and market share of the group 
• Co-ordinate and manage several complex projects related to retail banking business
• Drive process improvement and system enhancement projects to enhance internal efficiency and customer experience

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualification.
• Preferable over 15 years' experience in banking sector with minimum 8 years in supervision of retail/personal banking or product development
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
