Our clients, the prestigious listed global networks and solutions provider with excellence reputation, has expanded its presence in Hong Kong and APAC. It is seeking the Head of Sales (HK & China Market) to lead the business units.

It is a golden opportunity for you who have proven track record on team leadership, management skills, passionate and creative towards the technologies with a strong business acumen.

This role is responsible to formulate the sales and management plans with the view of maximizing business units' (business development team and operational teams) performance and enhancing business growth as well.


  • Direct report to EVP at overseas office
  • Lead & build the business development team, closely improving and reviewing sales performance
  • As a key leader to plan, drive, direct the teams to ensure/control high quality services, or reformulates alternatives in order to cost efficiency of business operations to accomplish profit and revenue goals of the company
  • Maintain organization and good utilization to ensure for upcoming new products/ services, plan/ projects implementations and specifications to smooth and efficient daily operations of whole service logistics and the operations
  • Sets departmental objectives & KPI as well as individual objectives
  • Prospecting business direction and conduct new business opportunities, and up to date of market trends
  • Prepares annual budget and expenses under control
  • Assure corporate procedures, company standards, healthy and friendly working environment/ cultural are in place
  • Participate in the ad-hoc assignment


  • University graduate or above in Business,Computing Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years experience in particular in management and development of Networks/ Hardware/ Software solutions in HK or Regional exposure
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Well-structured with strong IT background is an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure across different boundaries
  • Excellent communication skills with strong sense of seeking collaboration among different levels of staff including Sales and operational teams in order to align the SLA and specifications of the solutions
  • Strong team player, creative and proactive, independent and goal-oriented
