Perform market research in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan on key trends to identify target market segments
Develop sales strategy, sales budget, and sales plans to achieve sales targets and business goals
Achieve sales targets by acquire new accounts and cross selling to existing clients
Develop and execute Key Account Management Plans for key clients
Lead and manage the sales team to ensure right level of professionalism to drive sale activities and account management
Develop and execute training programs for sale team and build partnership with other functions
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines
Minimum of 10 years corporate sales experience from Services sector, of which at least 5 years at management level
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skill to C level stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
Experiences in managing MNC accounts is preferred
