  • Perform market research in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan on key trends to identify target market segments
  • Develop sales strategy, sales budget, and sales plans to achieve sales targets and business goals
  • Achieve sales targets by acquire new accounts and cross selling to existing clients
  • Develop and execute Key Account Management Plans for key clients
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure right level of professionalism to drive sale activities and account management
  • Develop and execute training programs for sale team and build partnership with other functions
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years corporate sales experience from Services sector, of which at least 5 years at management level
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skill to C level stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Experiences in managing MNC accounts is preferred
