  • Lead business development of our new initiative of design & build and home styling service for luxury home, in partnership with renowned interior design firms and art galleries and our sister company in interior contracting.
  • Serve with passion and heart as the trusted, proactive project manager and consultant of our end-user customers for their home design and fit-out. Offer the highest customised level of services, design professionalism and personal attention.
  • Develop and personally manage an amicable relationship with the client, client's co-habitants and affiliated parties, our partners and in-house team to enable a smooth and pleasurable experience of shopping and deliverables.
  • Formulate and monitor plans for design and fit-out, budget control and product sourcing.
  • Be the Brand Ambassador in promoting the trend and novel concepts in our fields, in marketing our holistic offerings of interior furnishing and lifestyle merchandise, our design stories and services, and our belief in curating a luxury lifestyle for our passionate customers with a strong desire to turn their dream home into a beautiful reality.
  • Understanding the customer's and co-habitants' culture and habits in advising them on offerings to suit their needs and lifestyle as well as sharing advanced knowledge regarding design trends, materials and colour palette, installation support and product care.
  • Closely communicate with in-house product specialists to enable professional, tailor-made proposals with depth and quality and maximise wallet share with our brands.
  • Earn word-of-mouth for referrals.
  • Be creative in coming up with new ways to delight customers.
  • Continuously contribute on ideas to improve customer experience.
  • An internal Coach on design trends.


  • With solid experience in luxury home design. Experience in world-class cities would be of advantage.
  • With strong passion for art, design and lifestyle.
  • Curious and creative with ability to connect matters and think out of the box to give personalised and enticing solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and probing skills.
  • Meticulous mindset and attitude in service.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
