Head of Wealth Management

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the business plan and strategies to expend the institutional client base.
2. Develop new business with institutional and high net worth investors, including but not limited to funds, insurance, and security brokerage etc. in wealth management industry.
3. Pitch new clients, identify clients’ need, and provide professional service and build tailored client solutions with full range of products or solutions.
4. Keep abreast of market trend, investment products and services, develop industry network and attend industry events.
5. Build client networking and relationships via sales and marketing activities including fund briefings, client seminars and businessevents.
6. Capture cross selling opportunities within the Group, leverage and maximise collaboration opportunities.
7. Collaborate with external counterparties and internal functions to completion of sales target.
8. Ensure all selling processes and activities are in compliance with the Company policies and all regulatory guidelines.
9. Other ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder with major in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years or above of wealth management business experience with strong client base.
3. Resourceful in networking with proven track record of business development.
4. A solid track record in selling financial products.
5. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin is a Must).
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
7. Independent, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
